His expertise spans technical engineering, statutory planning, enforcement, and high-level legal coordination.

Mr. Singh has held several key leadership positions including Assistant Engineer, Executive Engineer, Head of Engineering Department, Head of Land Acquisition, Planning & Enforcement, and has also led legal matters in the Hon’ble High Court and Supreme Court of India for multiple development authorities.

He has played a pivotal role in the preparation and implementation of city master plans for major urban centers such as Meerut, Moradabad, Ghaziabad, Noida, Gajraula, Aligarh, and others — contributing significantly to structured urban growth and sustainable development.
